To order a bear, please e-mail (gilmurrudleymail@aol.com) for availability.  Be sure to include the name of the bear you would like to purchase, the number of the bear in the edition as shown in the description, your name, and your e-mail address.

PAYMENT TYPES: All orders for the website are handled through Bear Paths Gallery. Adoptions may be made by check, money order and Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery credit cards. Orders paid by personal check will be held until payment has cleared.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Adoptions are shipped via UPS insured unless other arrangements are requested. Shipping costs are the responsibility of collector.

SALES TAX: Shipments within Ohio are subject to an additional 7% sales tax.

RETURNS: Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt and are subject a 10% handling fee plus involved shipping costs. Returns must be received undamaged for full credit.

We hope collectors can appreciate that once a bear is placed in a new home it would not be fair to present it to another collector as new. Therefore, unless a collector contacts us immediately upon receipt of a bear with a problem, we are not able to accept returns.
